Q: What is the luggage policy?: A: While this is usually not a problem, during certain times of the year (August, December and January) when we have many students with lots of luggage each, we might find difficult to accommodate all the bags. During those days, while it is possible to take more bags, we can only guarantee room for a big bag and a small one.
Q: How much is each trip?: A: We charge $31.99 for each trip (one way).
Q: Can I book on line?: A: Yes, you can book on line, the system will provide an automatic confirmation number.
Q: When do I pay?: A: Once you have booked, the driver will have the invoice with your name waiting for you. You can pay with check or cash.
Q: Where do I catch the Shuttle?: A: You will find us at the ground floor, at the College Station airport at the scheduled times, and at the "Ground Transportation" exit in terminal C at Houston Intercontinental Airport.
Q: What kind of vehicle do you have?: A: We offer a top of the line Ford 350 extended Van with reclinable independent seats (captain chairs), independent light and independent A.C. and plenty of room for baggage.
Q: What days are you closed?: A: We are closed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas, December 31st and January 1st.
